Alrighty people, get ready to TRIP THE LIGHT FANTASTIC with LadyBug Mecca of Digable Planets. I am thankful that I was able to catch a moment of her time as she has been stacked with things-a-happ’nin’. In our convo we talk about her recent video work with Raheem DeVaughn and Kenny Dope on a fly hit dubbed “DOGG STARR”. We touched briefly on the MTV unplugged performance of PLANETS for the movie FREEDOM WRITERS, and her honor of being sampled by SNOOP. HELL YEAH! Matter of fact, she has a cameo in SNOOP’s most recent video “CANDY“. There is much more to this convo so check it out. LadyBug Mecca is cooler than the FONZ, and maybe even TRON. I would love to have the LadyBug and MisterG show some Saturday morning, spinnin’ the eclectic-ness would blow your thirsty earholes and open minds from here to there. We’ll see!

I was suprised a little to hear about LadyBUG MEcca being on your show. It was a treat man. A true treat, she is cool and so are you. her music is hot and it fit in well today with what you had in the goings on. Good Work and peace to you G.
