Sirsy….Revolution

When something is right, it is right. That;s how I feel about the 2-piece force d’rock known as Sirsy In there latest release Revolution on their own label SIRSRYMUSIC, there are signs of a band just about to make a bigger name for themselves. The start of this album is the title track Revolution and thus begins your interest in Sirsy. How do they make that much rock with this roll, just two you say?? There are personalities in this music, but even more importantly is that each song has it’s own face, it’s own expression. Sassy to the core and tender when needed, I think this could be the next band you fall in love with. Melanie and Rich have a live show that surpasses attempts at words, but merely needs to been taking in and you’ll be ready to join in the movement that is a Sirsy Revolution.

RIGHT ON! This is their best work yet. The production quality ALONE is comparable to albums put out by major labels. How many indie bands can you say that about? And the songs are just outstanding. I can’t remember the last time I bought a CD where I liked all of the songs. These industry folks better take notice - Sirsy is an untapped resource. And yeah - they put on a helluva live show! The first time I saw them I kep tstaring at the stage saying to myself, “it’s just TWO people!” Go see SIRSY!

Sirsy has been my favorite band since the 1st day I saw them.
Revolution is a masterpiece! Every song rocks!
It just blows my mind with what Melanie and Rich can accomplish.
Do yourself a favor and Go see SIRSY!!!
You’ll be wondering what you waited for.

So yeah. I totally agree with all of my fellow sirsy fans about this album being so awesome. It’s like most of their CD’s the more i listen to it you hear different songs in different ways. The CD begins and ends strong. Fireflies is amazing the cello is a really nice touch and Revolution makes you want to get up and dance.
GO SEE SIRSY! they are one of few bands whose awesomeness is really hard to just capture on CD

Sirsy has always been one of my favorite bands, and this new CD does not disapoint. I put it in my CD player as soon as I got it and it has not left since. The live show these two put on is a must see! Even while watching them its hard to belive its just two people in this band. Check them out! AMAZING!!

Not only are Sirsy an extremely talented duo with sound that makes you think there is a whole band, they are two of the NICEST people you can ever hope to meet. They genuinely appreciate their fans and are very accessible at all shows. The production on “Revolution” is extremely well done with a little bit of something for everyone. However, this band thrives in the live setting and it is there that you can truly appreciate their talent!

Sirsy is the little band that could and they DO! Listen to Mister G folks, he knows what he is talking about!! Sirsy puts on an absofrigginlutely amazing live show — this two piece band with the BIG sound needs to be heard as well as be seen to appreciate! They are talented beyond belief and have the know how to always leave the crowd wanting more! Buy a CD, go to a live show, or go to www.sirsy.com…you will be hooked for life!!!
