I am proud to be a part of Russel Blake world as I truly feel he is someone making a difference in many people’s lives, musically and beyond. My conversation with Mr. Blake reminds me why I like to do what I do in my musical arena….and it is always nice to be reminded why you love something. With a new album due out very soon, I was blessed with the opportunity to debut it on greenarrowradio, with this honor comes a huge THANK YOU. Currently, Mr. Blake has 422 pieces within his repetoire encompassing Classical, Spanish Classical, Jazz Classical, Brazilian, Latin & Pop Music Idioms. As creator of The Universal Language Music History & Cultural Programme, Mr Blake has taught a variety of audiences from Kindergarten - High Schools, universities, libraries, prisons, hospitals & Art Galleries about the history of music. Mr. Blake was also the featured guest soloist at the 9th annual Bass Conference held here in Madison a few years back and was working very closely with Dr. Richard Davis at the time.

I am so proud of Russel Blake’s musical accomplishments and his God-given gift for music, history, and the ability to teach the universal language of human expession. I salute Mr.Russel Blake on his pioneer program and I look forward to hearing more of his musical ingenuity in the following years to come.

I am so proud to be the Business Manager of Russel Blake. Russel has a passion for music and his music truly penetrates your heart, mind, and soul. His Universal Language Music History & Cultural Program should be experienced by all as Russel truly takes the audience on a musical journey all on the 4 string Electric Bass. I give honor and praise to Russel Blake as he has opened a musical door for all bassist to follow. Looking forward to hearing more of the music of Russel Blake!!!!! His names deserves to be mentioned with all the great bassists of our time.

Russel’s music is phenomenal! He is a very gifted artist with a very unique style. I simply love his new CD “Quiet Strength”. Great job Mr. Blake! You are among the greatest muscians and a true pioneer in your field.
